Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note there is possibility for potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Shipping- Authority to leave

The customer is required to choose “Authority to leave” at checkout. All orders are shipped via "standard shipping" and signature required is not an option when ordering. Once the "authority to leave" button is checked by the customer. you agree that Fantom Hardware will not liable for any lost or stolen parcels delivered by the chosen courier. The courier will always attempt to leave the package in a safe place when delivering orders. Once the order is delivered, an automated email will be sent to alert the customer of the delivery.

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use full address when ordering 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in it's original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
